Upstate New York Pool House remodel

Murray Craft Builders renovated the pool house on a sprawling estate in upstate New York as part of a phased renovation of the entire property. The team stripped the existing structure down the studs and replaced the roof, windows and siding. They reappointed the fireplace and poured a tinted concrete floor. The bathroom features moody waterproof plaster walls with antique lighting. The team revamped the built-in pool and modernized it with an electric cover and new bluestone pavers.
